  • Day 1 Beijing - Olympic Site and Old Beijing
    Pick you up at your hotel lobby between 7am and 8:30am. The first stop of the tour is the Olympic Stadium, also known as the Bird’s Nest. During the visit, you can walk around and also check out the Water Cube, where the water sports took place during the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games on own expense. Later on, you will visit the Lama Temple, a mysterious Tibetan-style Buddhist temple. Continue to Beijing Confucian Temple and the Imperial Colleges, listening to the guides commentary on how Chinese people are influenced by Confucianism for thousands of years. Afterwards, you will proceed to stroll around the old Beijing lanes – also called hutongs - for a pleasant experience to discover ancient Beijing. Passing through the lanes and courtyards until you get to Houhai Lake, and you surely will enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
