How to Book
Online or direct through our offices
We are very pleased you have chosen to book your next tour to China with us. Our friendly, experienced reservations teams will be able to provide you with everything you need before you set off for the adventure of a lifetime! There are several ways you can book your tour so please read the information below carefully and choose which option is best suited to you.
Pay by Credit Card
Whether you book online, by telephone or by email, we offer you the facility to pay for your tour and services using your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express via the Paypal service. There are no surcharges from China Adventure Tours when you pay using your card when booking direct with us. We also accept many other methods of payment including internet transfer, bank transfer or cash. You can discuss this with a reservations consultant and decide how you would like to pay at the time of booking your tour.
Step 1: Choose your preferred method of booking (A or B)
A. Book directly from the tour page
Once you have found the trip that you want to book, bring that tour dates page up and click the 'Book Now' button. You can then select the departure of your choice if it has availability, and click 'Book'. You will then be sent a response from our reservations office.
B. Book by telephone or email through our China office
If you have any questions about any of our tours you are interested in then you can call or email our China office and our reservations staff can advise you with which tour is the right trip for you. You can then give us your details or go back online and use our online booking form.
Step 2: Complete Your Booking Form Online
Visit our website and you can complete the form and submit your details to us after which we will send you more detailed trip information and booking conditions about your tour. You do not pay until we confirm your trip departure.
Step 3: Confirming Your Booking
As trips are guaranteed to depart with a minimum group size of 5 people, we will contact you to let you know when your trip is confirmed to depart. Any tour that has not been guaranteed due to low group numbers will be cancelled 60 days prior to departure. But we can offer you an alternative tour or an independent option to any departure. Once a tour is guaranteed you will be sent details on how to make payment with your credit card along with details to obtain a China visa.
Book Directly Through Our Offices
Find the tour you want to book on our website or brochure and then contact us directly via our website, email, fax or post with your tour and personal details. Alternatively, we will accept your booking by telephone but you must confirm that you have read and accept our booking conditions. You will then be emailed or posted an invoice with the booking details and any incorrect information must be notified to us immediately.
